Our bread and butter! Staging sets apart your listings and inspires buyers by showing them a home that is fresh and welcoming. Customize a staging package to your specific needs: half-day and long-term staging options for occupied, vacant, and new construction homes available.

Utilizes the client’s items, and upon request, can include fresh pieces from our warehouse. We will assist in decluttering the home’s interior to create a clean, welcoming look. This package is great to prep for MLS photography and showings. We happily work with both real estate agents and homeowners.

A popular option for MLS marketing, open houses, and vacant new construction homes for sale/model homes. This package includes the set up and design of living room, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom and en-suite, as well as guest bathroom.
*Minimum of 30 days and can extend as long as needed.
Interior Design
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want a professional designer to walk with you from start to finish. Maybe you just need a little help to get started - a moodboard, inspiration photos, and shopping links so you can complete your project independently. Is your home or business in need of a refresh? Our decorating package includes an initial on-site consultation and full design presentation that highlights options based on your style, budget, and must-haves.
Package options for product research, digital mood board, and links so clients can source materials independently or allow our design team to source approved items, deliver items on-site, and stage your home for that big WOW moment.

Renovating and need help with the layout? Our team can help with that. Our designers will do a site visit to view your space conceptually and understand your goals. Next, we will draw up two conceptual options for your space for you to have everything you need for your remodel plans.

Building or renovating a home? Our team of experts is highly adept at designing spaces that match our clients’ dreams.
This service includes an initial consultation so that we can understand how you want your space to feel and function. From there, our interior designers will create two unique design plans to present to you. From paint colors to door knobs, we help our clients through the many decisions in the home building and renovating process.
We also bring with us years of experience collaborating with general contractors and look forward to partnering with them during this exciting time.
